VISION
-
Clearly state the objectives of public interest that the project tends to meet, and contemplate the mechanisms for supervision and control of compliance with each of the stages that are established for the achievement of the objective, setting the corresponding deadlines for each stage.
-
Collaborate with the State in the efficiency and effectiveness in the use of public resources.
-
Respect the interests and rights of the recipients of the services and / or activities and of the subjects involved in the public-private participation project.
-
To ensure that the term of the contract is set taking into account the contractually committed investments, the financing applied to the project and a reasonable profit.
-
Weight the economic profitability and the social projection of the project.
-
Promote social inclusion in the project development area, in such a way as to optimize access to infrastructure and basic services.
-
Encourage the generation of new jobs and sources of work, within the framework of the development of infrastructure projects, establishing training plans and programs for workers, complying with current labor and social security regulations.
-
Encourage the application of intergenerational and interregional solidarity mechanisms in the financing of the project.
-
Encourage the direct or indirect participation of small and medium-sized companies, the development of private sector business capacity, the generation of added value within the national territory and the provision of new and more efficient technologies and services.
-
Facilitate the development of the local capital market and access to the international capital market.
-
Promote, with this project, that they contribute to the preservation of the environment and the economic, social and environmental sustainability of the area where it will be carried out, all in accordance with current legislation on the matter.
MISSION
-
Implement a comprehensive solution for both the organic phase of household solid waste (FORSU) and the inorganic phase (FIRSU) from the separation of it from household solid waste (RSD).
-
Separate, in the first instance, at destination but with strong support in the dissemination for awareness of the least generation of garbage as well as separation at source.
-
With the separation of inorganic (recyclable) waste from organic, added value will be obtained in other process stages that allow the capture of greenhouse gases (methane existing in the biogas) from its anaerobic digestion and thereby generating electrical energy from renewable sources.
-
Generate genuine labor, thermal and electrical energy, collect carbon credits (CERs) and achieve the transformation of waste into energy (BIOGAS) using the most efficient and modern technologies, which will undoubtedly make this one of the plants of cutting-edge residential solid waste treatment in the country and in the world.
-
Use biofertilizers (previously processed), from anaerobic digestion, to be used in crops.
-
With part of the biofertilizers, grow and produce balanced feed for animals.
-
As a novel complement, obtaining dietary supplements based on algae (spirulina). This alga has been considered by the United Nations as “THE OLDEST FOOD OF THE FUTURE”.
In summary: Tend to implement, in a comprehensive and definitive way, the concept of ZERO GARBAGE
